Is there WiFi?
Yes, it's not “Fiber” but it will allow you to stream movies on your laptop and stay connected.
Can I bring my kids?
No, Sinya is an “Adults Only” property.
Can I bring my dog?
No, pets have to stay home.
Do you serve food?
We cannot serve food but we supply a large selection of spices, fresh herbs, salt, sugar, olive oil, (etc.), cooking utensils, and appliances you'll need to prepare and enjoy a great meal.
What time is Check-in/Check-out?
Check-in is 4:00pm and Check-out is 10:00am. We're very often able to have Sinya ready ahead of schedule. If so, we'll text you and let you know.
Can we invite guests?
No, Sinya can accommodate a maximum of only two (2) adults at any time.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, we require a 2-night minimum stay. Very occasionally we might offer a single “orphan” night, but to help defray the added costs of housekeeping and wear-and-tear, we charge a $50 “Single Night Surcharge”.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, We love to welcome back most guests and are happy to offer “Returning Guests”, “Referral”, and “Multi-night" discounts!
How many tents do you have on your property?
Sinya is a one-tent retreat, not multiple tents. It's set up as a stand-alone guest house, if you will. Although I reside on the property, Sinya is approximately 175 feet away from my home and there are many trees in between. So, other than when I check you in, you'll be afforded the utmost privacy during your stay.
What's the best time of the year to stay at Sinya?
It all depends on your preferences. Personally, I prefer April, May, October and November.
Is there AC and Heating?
